Spinefrasse was founded by two young entrepreneurs harboring the dream of creating great wines. The founders were born and grew up in the Euganen Hills, a renowned wine-making area in the Veneto region, in the North East of Italy.
Their products combine the characteristics of the natural wines made in the past with those of present-day wines produced using modern techniques and equipment but with total respect for the wine-making tradition.
Spinefrasse follows the whole production process from harvest to packaging, focusing especially on the development of the organoleptic properties. The grapes are hand-picked and the best ones selected to produce small batches consisting of few prestigious bottles, so that each wine can tell its story as well as that of their creators.
